USA has 300 acres for sale soon on Mobile Bay, worth $12-15 million as residential condominiums, but the FAA height issues and noise next to the runway means its highest and best use is industrial. The golf course will likely be a new stevedoring container dock or office warehouse which can push the price to $30 million or more if it becomes a deep water port, south of the new Mobile Bay Bridge!
